Smith Mountain Lake Senior Living Center

This assignment involved designing initial plans for a building that would serve as a living space for both assisted living and memory care patients.  This center is located in Smith Mountain Lake and includes 30 individual apartments, a variety of amenities, multiple offices, nurses stations, and third-floor outdoor patio.  The building is ADA compliant, and includes environmentally friendly materials. Every phase of this project was completed either in AutoCAD, Sketchup, or Photoshop.
