Hawthorne House Remodel
This assignment was completed using AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup. I was given the task of composing a floor plan for the first floor of the existing Hawthorne House, and to also furnish the space using Sketchup.
Palmer Apartment Remodel
This assignment required me to use my hand-drafting skills in order to create to-scale drawings including demolition, floor, and reflected ceiling plans. I also included hand-drawn elevations, sections, and schedules.

"The Cake Box" Remodel
This group project focused on taking a small, outdated bakery and turning it into something new and exciting. It was located in Lynchburg, where the industrial theme is used throughout the downtown area. We as a group decided to take the industrial style and incorporate it into this small space, in order to give it a more open and spacious feel. Included below are pictures of the floor plan completed in Revit, mood board, elevation board, and finishes board, as well as some pictures which the group used as inspiration.
