“Eaglenest” Conceptual Designs
3D Renderings using Sketchup, Enscape, and Photoshop programs
Led by a lead interior designer, my role for this project was to create 3D conceptual designs for an architectural firm creating a new build, “Eaglenest”. The owner of this multi-million dollar home desired a dwelling full of magical details, ideally for entertaining guests.
Kitchen Remodel
This beautiful kitchen was expanded out into a sitting area to create a larger space. Every wall is covered in a creamy porcelain slab with golden veining, and the middle pantry doors open to reveal a hidden butler’s pantry. On the other side of the large room sits a wet bar with a wine wall.
Mid-Century Modern Kitchen Remodel
My role for this project was to create a design that flowed with the rest of this mid-century modern style home. The homeowner wanted white cabinetry incorporated somewhere in the design. White upper cabinets and walnut lowers create the perfect blend of open and airy, yet balanced. The floor selected was a parquet walnut floor for added charisma.
Kitchen Remodel
This kitchen, located in Palm Springs, needed a cabinetry and countertop revamp. Incorporating floating shelves and cabinetry accessories, the goal was to create a more functional and stylish kitchen which would flow well with the rest of the house. We took color inspiration from the splashes of gray and brown glass flakes which made up the Vetrazzo flooring throughout the house.
Pictured below are before pictures of the space, as well as line drawings and renderings of the final proposed kitchen floor plan. The renderings and line drawings were completed using both 2020 Design and Photoshop.
Bathroom Renovation
This project included a complete kitchen remodel, along with a master bath and guest bath renovation.
I was assigned to create renderings of the master bathroom and makeup station, guest bathroom, and dry bar using Adobe Photoshop and 2020.
Casita Remodel
Along with a full kitchen remodel, this client wanted to turn the once-garage-turned "father-in-law suite" into a detached "ADU." In order to accomplish this, we had to add a shower and raise the roof line.
I aided in this project by creating a new layout for the space using 2020, creating architectural documents of the front and side exterior elevations, and composed a 3D line drawing of the interior of the "casita" which included the new bathroom, exposed ceiling beams, and new roof line.
Kitchen Remodel
My responsibility for this job was to create both line drawings and renderings (pictured below) of a previously designed kitchen space.
Kitchen Remodel
For this project, I designed a kitchen based off of a few inspiration photos the clients showed us. This design required tearing down a load-bearing wall and replacing it with a beam which would stretch across the entire kitchen and dining room, supported by posts. I incorporated a large island into this design with seating on one end, along with a dining table with bench seating for their children to access easily.
These clients desired an open floor plan with large windows in order to keep an eye on their kids while they played in the back yard. By tearing down the large wall in the middle of the space, this would be accomplished.
Kitchen and Bath Remodel
This charming 1940s house required a full kitchen and master bath renovation.
Kitchen Remodel
This project involved fully renovating an awkwardly-arranged, outdated kitchen. Ideally, we would have liked to create a layout consisting of a separate room for laundry; however, the client wanted all walls to remain in place, and to just re-work the placement of appliances and cabinetry to improve traffic flow.
My role for this project was to create an updated kitchen plan in the kitchen design program, "2020." Upon approval from the clients, I continued onto the next step which was to create 3D line drawings and color renderings of the kitchen space using both Photoshop and 2020.
